Hobby Hub Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Hobby Hub website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Hobby Hub LLC ("Hobby Hub," "we," "us," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, Coordinators, Vendors, and others who access or use the Service, whether registered or unregistered.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Platform Overview

Hobby Hub is a technology platform that enables users to discover hobby-related events, promote events, and facilitate table bookings between independent third parties.

Hobby Hub does not organize, host, sponsor, supervise, or guarantee any events listed on the Service and is not a party to transactions between users.

The Service may display event listings, show information, venue details, and related data that are compiled from publicly available sources, including but not limited to public websites, social media platforms, event directories, and venue calendars. Such information is provided for general informational purposes only and may not be complete, accurate, or current.

Hobby Hub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information sourced from third parties and is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information.

The inclusion of any event, show, vendor, coordinator, or venue on the Service does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or partnership with Hobby Hub unless expressly stated. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and event names remain the property of their respective owners.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Platform with parental/legal guardian consent. By using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

User Roles

Coordinators

Coordinators are independent third parties who list and manage events. Coordinators are solely responsible for:

• Event accuracy, venue agreements, and permissions
• Table layouts, assignments, pricing, and availability
• Staffing, security, safety, and insurance
• Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

Vendors

Vendors are independent third parties who book tables and promote inventory. Vendors are solely responsible for:

• Inventory authenticity, pricing, and legality
• Sales tax collection and reporting
• Licensing and regulatory compliance
• Conduct at events

Attendees

Attendees attend events at their own risk. Hobby Hub makes no guarantees regarding:

• Vendor attendance
• Inventory availability
• Pricing or sales outcomes

All users act as independent third parties, not as agents, partners, or representatives of Hobby Hub.

Table Bookings & Listings

• Table availability, placement, and pricing are set by the Coordinator
• Hobby Hub does not guarantee table location, foot traffic, exclusivity, or profitability
• Booking a table does not guarantee sales or attendance

Unclaimed Listings

Certain event listings on the Service may be created using publicly available information and may not be managed or controlled by the event organizer ("Unclaimed Listings"). Event organizers or authorized representatives may claim such listings and assume responsibility for managing and updating the information displayed.

By claiming a listing, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to manage the event information and that all submitted content is accurate, lawful, and authorized for use.

Event Changes & Cancellations

• Coordinators are responsible for communicating event changes or cancellations
• Refunds for cancelled or modified events are governed by the Coordinator's stated refund policy
• Hobby Hub is not responsible for travel costs, lodging, or lost revenue

Payments, Fees & Subscriptions

Hobby Hub may charge fees in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to booking fees, platform fees, service fees, subscription fees, and percentage-based transaction fees.

Such fees may include compensation for use of the platform as well as payment processing costs associated with third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

Fees may be charged to Coordinators, Vendors, or other users depending on the nature of the transaction and will be clearly disclosed prior to checkout.

All fees will be displayed before payment is completed. By completing a transaction, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law:

• Platform and service fees are non-refundable
• Payment processing costs are non-refundable
• Hobby Hub does not guarantee refunds for completed transactions

Hobby Hub reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time. Updated fees will be reflected on the Service and/or at checkout prior to purchase.

Hobby Hub uses Stripe and its affiliates to process payments and is not a bank, escrow service, or payment guarantor.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds related to events or table bookings are governed solely by the Coordinator's stated refund policy.

Hobby Hub does not issue refunds for:

• Event cancellations or changes
• Vendor no-shows
• User disputes

Platform-level fees remain non-refundable except where required by law.

User Contributions and License

"Contributions" means any content you submit through the Service, including listings, images, logos, messages, and descriptions.

You retain ownership of your Contributions. By submitting Contributions, you grant Hobby Hub LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and use such Contributions solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

Event titles, descriptions, categorizations, or summaries displayed on the Service may be abbreviated, reformatted, edited, or generated for clarity, consistency, or platform functionality. Hobby Hub does not guarantee that event information will be displayed exactly as published by third parties.

This license terminates when you remove your Contributions, except where retention is required for legal compliance, backups, or ongoing platform operations.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Misrepresent events, inventory, or availability
• Circumvent platform fees or payment systems
• Scrape, copy, or misuse platform data
• Harass, impersonate, or defraud others
• Interfere with platform operations or security

Events & In-Person Activity Disclaimer

Participation in events is at your own risk.

Hobby Hub is not responsible for:

• Event quality or safety
• Vendor attendance or table placement
• Sales outcomes or profitability
• Injuries, losses, or damages occurring at events

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all original content, software, design, branding, and functionality are the exclusive property of Hobby Hub LLC and its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written consent.

Hobby Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with applicable copyright laws. If you believe that content available on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice identifying the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material. Upon receipt of a valid notice, Hobby Hub may remove or disable access to the content in accordance with applicable law.

Corrections and Removal Requests

If you are an event organizer, rights holder, or authorized representative and believe that information displayed on the Service is inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorized, you may request correction or removal by contacting us at contact@hobbyhub.pro. Hobby Hub will make commercially reasonable efforts to review and address such requests in a timely manner.

User Data

Although we implement reasonable safeguards, you are solely responsible for all data you submit. Hobby Hub is not liable for loss, corruption, deletion, or unauthorized access to user data to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Electronic Communications & Signatures

You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic agreements, notices, disclosures, and records satisfy legal writing requirements.

You agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and records, and waive any requirement for non-electronic records where permitted by law.

Apple and Android Devices

If you access the Service through a mobile application downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (each, an "App Distributor"), the following terms apply:

License Scope

The license granted to you for the mobile application is limited to a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application on a device that utilizes the Apple iOS or Android operating system, as applicable, and strictly in accordance with the usage rules set forth in the applicable App Distributor's terms of service.

Maintenance and Support

Hobby Hub LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the mobile application, as specified in these Terms or as otherwise required by applicable law. You acknowledge that the App Distributors have no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

Warranty Disclaimer

In the event the mobile application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the applicable App Distributor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App Distributor will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the mobile application.

Export Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country
• You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties

Third-Party Terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Service, including any wireless data service agreements.

Third-Party Beneficiaries

You acknowledge and agree that the App Distributors are third-party beneficiaries of this section of the Terms and that each App Distributor has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hobby Hub LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service
• Any transactions, bookings, or interactions between users
• Any events, cancellations, modifications, or in-person activities
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content or data
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in the Service

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Hobby Hub LLC's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid to Hobby Hub LLC by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hobby Hub LLC from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Service
• Your events, listings, or transactions
• Violations of these Terms or applicable law

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Greene County, Ohio, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Waiver and Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least thirty (30) days' notice, which may include notice via the Service, email, or other reasonable means. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Service after the revised Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
